P&O Cruises World Voyages - 2011/2012 Europe Program Release

CRUISESCENE is pleased to announce P&O Cruises' 2011/12 Euromed program. The 2011/12 Euromed and Caribbean program will offer more choice than ever before with 156 cruises to 270 destinations in 90 ountries.

P&O cruise holidays are designed to be different and for 2011/12 there will be more cruises, more ports of call and more holiday durations to choose from, with itineraries that visit such diverse shores as those of the Americas, Greenland, Russia and Morocco. As always, the iconic ports of the Mediterranean feature strongly.

The 2011/12 programme will feature overnight calls in the most popular destinations, including Venice, Athens, and St. Petersburg. Also there are 9 new ports of call – Bourgas, Flekkefjord, Foynes, Jersey, Koper, Liverpool, Sassnitz, Savona, and Zadar, plus a return to 20 ports, not visited for several years, including Oporto, Patmos, Samos, Tangiers and Trieste.

2011 will see the arrival of our newest leading lady; Adonia, heralding the start of an exciting new chapter in the P&O Cruises story. Carrying just 710 passengers, she will have her own atmosphere and feel, and offers a small ship experience. 2011 also marks the first full season for Azura. She will continue to embody the thrill and romance of cruise travel.

With the arrival of Adonia, we will have five family‐friendly ships (Azura, Ventura, Oceana, Aurora and Oriana) and two child‐free ships (Arcadia and Adonia) – each offering a unique holiday experience.

• Arrival of Adonia – She will embark on 16 voyages in her maiden program.
• 9 new ports of call – Bourgas, Flekkefjord, Foynes, Jersey, Koper, Liverpool, Sassnitz, Savona, and Zadar. Also, 20 port of call that have not been visited for several years, including Oporto, Patmos, Samos, Tangiers and Trieste.
